Privacy at TidyBizz.
This page is a plain-English overview and will be completed with the final legal details before commercial launch.
Important: TidyBizz is designed as a cloud service. Customer organisations remain responsible for the personal data they put into the service, while TidyBizz acts as a processor for that customer data where applicable.
What we aim to do
Use data only for legitimate, explained purposes; minimise what we collect; protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures; retain it only as long as needed; and provide practical ways to access, export or delete data where appropriate.
Security
TidyBizz uses tenant separation so organisations' data is kept distinct. Access should be limited to what is required, support access should be controlled and logged, and security events should be auditable.
Before launch
Final privacy notices, data processing terms, retention periods, sub-processor information and contact details will be published before commercial launch.
